I am not a designer at all so forgive me if this sounds dumb. how difficult is it to enlarge a boat by say 1/3. i've found some plans for a hull i like however i'm interested in a larger version. is it going to be expensive to pay some one to do this for me? are there copy right issues? any help at all would be great..
